metallic color pigments are an exciting new seamless flooring system that provides a unique three-dimensional appearance with suspended reflective pigments. There are 20 available reflective pigments that can combine with literally 100’s of colors in the MTB Epoxies. Due to the vast options offered within this system, one can create floors that range from the elegantly stylish to outrageous and bazaar. The exceptionally durable epoxy combined with a polyurethane or polyaspartic top coat make this flooring system ideally suited for nearly any commercial or residential setting. Outstanding customization properties make the metallics especially appealing for bars, clubs, retail stores, automotive showrooms, residential interiors, garage floors, or anywhere that a one of a kind, an exceedingly resilient floor is desired.
These floors utilize a clear 100% solids epoxy or water-based epoxy, and the translucent floors are colored by Dura-Kote metallic Pearls. These coatings create a glossy and deep-looking floor that can contain a variety of colors and visual effects. Some even have a beautiful three-dimensional appearance that gives the illusion of craters, ripples, and swirling rivers of metallic-looking plasma. Maintenance is easy, and the amount of light they reflect is outstanding due to the glossy nature of the surface. Like any other epoxy coating, they can be a little slippery when wet.
The finished look is a smooth, glass-like finish that has a unique and subtle reflective sparkle. There are endless creative techniques that can be used to create a style that you can call your own.

Our metallic System allows you to easily add reflective metallic color to our MTB-63328 Clear Epoxy to create beautiful, high gloss metallic epoxy floors. metallics are available in 20 great colors to fit any situation. Colors can also be mixed to create endless combinations. For optimum color effects, a black base coat is recommended before applying your choice of metallic color. If desired, simply add less pigment to achieve a more translucent color.

This gives you complete flexibility over your project, unlike garage floor or concrete epoxy "kits".

Mixing Instructions
Pour appropriate amounts of epoxy PartA and Part B into a large mixing pail. Add 1kg of metallic pigment per each 50kgs of MTB-3328 Epoxy, or until desired opacity is achieved. Stir gently with drill mixer for 3-5 minutes.
